Daddy's Little Princessa

Let me begin by the fact that Daddy needed alot of coaxing for this third adoption! With two wild, rough and tumble boys that he can wrestle with, and watch Nascar with, why do we need a little girl? I told him little girls are different and they are always Daddy girls...Not that they don't love their Mommy's they just think the world revolves around their dad. Well, it did not take more than a minute for our little girl to wrap herself around her daddy's heart. Maybe it was the fact that she was so tiny(7 lbs ) the first time we met at 7 weeks old, but somehow he just could not quit looking at her and wanting to protect her. When the foster family came to pick her up, he went upstairs to change her pants and I really did not think he was coming back. I know if he could have found a way he would have smuggled her home in our carry-on. Although he doesn't show it as much, I know this wait is hard on him also. I can't wait to see his face when he sees her again! Hopefully it is soon...??
