Layla has been tagged!

Layla was tagged by her friend Madeline and so she will tell 10 things about her that you might be interested in. Written by Layla...

1. I LOVE pickles!!! I stand at the refrigerator and cry for them.
2. I am an aunt to 2 nieces that are older than me... My big sister Amy has two girls
3. I still sleep in my mommy and daddy's bed!! (They love to snuggle with me)
4. I scream when my brothers touch anything that is mine! It scares them away.
5. My brothers are teaching me to go potty. I pull down the front of my pants and stand in front of the potty because that is what they do. I seem to be missing something cuz its not working so well.
6. I like to play with playdough and make little pancakes for my family to eat...Sometimes I eat it too??
7. Eating snow is my favorite thing to do outside....mommy doesn't like it but it tastes good.
8. I have at least 10 toothbrushes and carry them everywhere with me.
9. I love to take my baby for stroller rides....
10. Since we live in a building with a pool I take my mom and dad swimming every night. I bring them my swimsuit and swimmer to let them know it is time.
I am not tagging anyone but I figured I better participate or Madeline's mommy would think my mommy is a very BAD blogger!!

Our precious little peanut!

We had the chance to meet up with Gavin the Great and his mom Julie and big sis Bailey and Uncle Patrick! Julie, your family is so beautiful and we had a great time! Thanks for meeting us!

We went to the park everyday while daddy was working! Layla has no fear when it comes to slides and heights. The bottom picture is at a Mexican restaurant where the balloon man made them very happy!

More pictures of our trip

Layla enjoying her 1st snow cone at the zoo in Phoenix!! Guess what color it was? I just love the blue lips. I also love the way she squats like the first picture all the time and can sit that way for a long time.

You decide.....Which state looks more appealing to you?

The bottom pics are taken in Arizona and the top one in good ole MN when we came home.... We had 6 inches of snow on Monday but I could not even bare to take a picture of it. I know that we will have a beautiful summer soon but I could easily live in a state with sunshine all year long!

Happy Easter!!

What a beautiful Easter!! We are still in Arizona and it was so wonderful to have a sunny warm Easter. (Still snow back home)
We found a church just a mile down the road and enjoyed a meaningful service. We then hit the road and spent the day sight seeing! Had lunch at a Denny's restaurant in an old western town....... Not the ham and mashed potatoes that I am used to but if I had to choose between sun and ham???? Guess what, I can have ham any time I want. Here are some pictures from the last week and today!

Waiting at the airport for our luggage and the beautiful view from our balcony.... Daddy, Layla and Noah in the hot tub. Eli was upstairs having a snack... his favorite thing right now.

Sunshine on my Shoulders Makes me Happy!!

We are in Sunny Arizona for 10 wonderful days soaking up the sun!! Steve had to come here for work and since he went to Boston without us a couple of weeks ago and has to go back again soon, he decided he should treat us to a little trip! We are in a beautiful condo and lovin the 80+ degree weather as compared to the -15 below the week before we left good ole MN....We went to the Phoenix zoo yesterday and had a wonderful time. Even enjoyed sweating for the first time in a long time...My camera has a haze to the lens but I will post the pics I have taken.
